Personal or Semi-Personal Athletic Training

Led by Matt McChesney Sport-specific athletic training  including:
  • Football
  • Baseball
  • Lacrosse
  • Basketball
  • Hockey among other division sports
Includes position technique, film study, core conditioning, high-intensity interval training, and work in speed and agility. This program is designed focus on honing each athlete in their weakest areas and improve their strongest. We offer training for middle school, high school, college and professional athletes.
