AcroYoga

AcroYoga is a fun and uplifting practice that can be both playful and challenging. AcroYoga combines the playfulness of partner acrobatics with the mindfullness of yoga.

This practice is an excellent way to build up your core, kinesthetic awareness, strength and flexibility. In addition to those heath benefits their is a therapeutic side. Challenge your Mind & Body .
Monday
Strength & Cardio for AcroYoga 
7:00 pm-8:30 pm - All Levels
60 minute class 30 minute jam

Build full-body functional strength, endurance and burn fat in this fun class. In this class you'll create the strength and muscle endurance need for acro. A fun and creative way to lose weight. This is also an excellent class for athletes! Prior AcroYoga experience or partner not required.

Core & Flexibility for AcroYoga 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm - All  Levels
60 minute class 30 minute jam

Create an iron strong and functional core while improving your range of motion. This is also an excellent class for athletes and yogis that want to enhance their practice!
Prior AcroYoga experience or partner not required.

AcroYoga Jam
 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm  - All Levels

Beginners and AcroYoga addicts come play and practice your AcroYoga skills in this safe and welcoming environment. Work on your basing, flying and spotting as we have a fun time playing.

Open to all skill levels. The Barbell Fitness Program focuses on strength and movement by offering a mix of workouts that will not only improve your fitness but your overall lifestyle.

Bootcamp
High-intensity interval circuits featuring suspension and kettle bell training.

Explosive Speed
Athletic speed and agility training that focuses on power and explosion. Three group classes offered: Youth (ages 7-13), All-State (ages 14-18) and All-American (ages 18+).
