What is Immersion?

Are you tired of trying to meet your fitness goals in the first weeks of yet another program and find that you can't get the results you want no matter what you try? Or, you are starving yourself and still gaining weight? The secret lies in your metabolism. Most diet programs are targeted to trick your system into losing weight. That is not sustainable. You need to repair your system, feed your body and work out to get fit.

Your personal professional nutritionist will develop and personalize a plan to meet your targeted goal in each of the three phases of our Immersion program. You will also get your workout plan that includes our three weekly workouts targeted at specific muscle groups.

Explosive Speed
Athletic speed and agility training that focuses on power and explosion. Three group classes offered: Youth (ages 7-13), All-State (ages 14-18) and All-American (ages 18+).
